"Writing this letter of thanks has been on our minds for quite a while. While on vacation this past July, the hotel clerk mentioned that if we had a chance to stop at your showroom, it would be worth the time. Since our new home was under construction, we decided to reroute our drive home and stop. Much to our surprise, we found what we consider now to be a family heirloom.

We purchased model 12-R-10/2. It arrived in September, and due to the fact that our home was not completed yet, it sat in the cartons. The excitement in watching our home being built was great. But my wife and I both said that when the day arrives that we hang our chandelier we will know that all the hard work and planning had been worth it.

Well needless to stay the day came. With much anticipation we unpacked the two cartons. I have to say we were horrified at all the parts. But the sales lady who sold us the chandelier had assured us that we would have no problem putting it together. With great pride I can say that my wife and I assembled it and it worked.

The brilliance and elegance of this chandelier was superb! We thought it was beautiful in the showroom with all the other fixtures. Once it was hung in our dining room, it became a work of art. Friends and family have been very impressed.

During the process of selecting the other lighting fixtures for our home, were pleasantly surprised. We happened upon another fixture that combined the Strass crystal in a two-tier design. The surprise came when we compared prices. The fixture was 3 times what we paid. You truly know how to create a customer for life. Our experience with King Chandelier was unbelievably positive from start to finish.  The owner of the business, Nancy Daniel, actually met us at the store on a Sunday afternoon and spent 3 hours showing us all of the amazing possibilities.  We ended up choosing a custom made variation of the Durham chandelier...two tiers, 12 lamps, no festoons, Swarovski Spectra* pendants.  When 2 large boxes arrived at our new home, it was remarkable that everything inside was intact. My husband spent the better part of a day installing the chandelier...he is a nuclear engineer by the way who has done a lot of electrical work.  (We totally understand why a certified electrician is recommended.) The finished result just blew us away.  The prism effect is gorgeous...brilliant points of colored light appear at random sparkling here and there. I find myself just staring at the chandelier, stunned at how beautiful it is. This company gets an A across the board for customer service, quality of product and fair pricing.  By the way, we had been searching the internet for weeks, but that process is overwhelming, and you never really know about the quality of what you are getting when you order on-line.
